Turbo What?

I’ve started a new workout this past week called Turbo Fire. When I first saw Turbo Fire on-line I thought if those ladies can do it so can I, no problem. Well, let me tell you it’s AWESOME but one of the hardest workouts I have ever done! I have been working out based on a plan by Jillian Michaels, from The Biggest Loser, a woman who I would despise for at least 45 minutes a day. Well I officially have a new woman to despise, Chalene Johnson, actually it’s not just her it’s more of a whole room of people I want to hurt by the end of the workout. This workout is INTENSE, I mean for the first time in a long time I’m dripping sweat by the 1st fire drill. It’s definitely not easy, well at least not for me J, it has a lot of choreography that you have to catch on to. One nice feature is the “New to Class” tabs that really go through each move before putting it all together. But once you put it together and the music starts hold on because your in for a wild ride of arm pumping, leg jumping, booty shaking, pelvis thrusting chaos. That’s right and it’s not considered cheating on your husband, your just working out. J This former single girl loves it absolutely loves it and I know the fabulous women around me would love it to.
Turbo Fire try it, it’s AMAZING!

  1. You should be a coach talking about a Beachbody workout like that! Glad you love it...I'll be getting it for myself after I get back into things by doing Turbo Jam (2 weeks and counting!)
